Surprise surprise!

Today I went to the Chanel boutique and bought myself some nice things! I love Chanel, its my number 1 favorite brand, thats why when I stepped in I felt like I had just found heaven on earth, there were so many beautiful pieces of the new collection, I just went nuts in there!

Current obsessions!

LOAFERS AND MOCASSINS! I love them! They're my current obsession! I used to think that mocassins werent my style and that loafers were the ugliest thing on this planet. But now? everything's changed about them! I cant wait to find a pair that I like here in Torino so that I can finally have my own! I think that loafers would be just perfect for everyday wear or for going to school, and I think that the Tod moccassins are just beautiful!

Wearing Stradivarius..

Finally back home in Turin after a long weekend in Alassio where I got to see my friends and boyfriend. As soon as I arrived in Alassio last wednesday the weather has been terrible, its freezing cold, I went from shorts and a tank top to, jacket, jeans and boots in literally one day! Hopefully tomorrow the weather will be better so I can take some photos outside and show you all the things I bought in these couple of days! In this post I'm wearing the new things I bought from stradivarius. I've been using all three items (boots, jacket and jeans) a lot in these past few days and I just love them, cute and cozy! My whole outfit is from Stradivarius apart from my shirt which is Hollister and my pink Hérmes bangle which I adore!

Ombre or Brunette Lens?

I recently got my hair done while I was in Dubai. I got my hair dyed so it had that ombre effect that I just love! Funny story, the hairdresser screwed it ALL up, I'm telling you my hair was literally black until the height of my ears and then this weird orangey blonde all the way down to my shoulders :/

So basically after a while the hairdresser did it again and fortunately she was able to fix it and now it looks like proper ombre hair, phew right?

Anyhow, here are some photos of me right after I had my hair fixed and finished!

Welcome to the new Brunette Lens

Welcome welcome! How are you guys adjusting to the new banner and layout of the blog? I personally find it much nicer and clearer to look at. I liked the black background but I think that white makes it more serene and clearer and is also much nicer to look at. I don't know if its just me but if I would have to read a lot of things with a black background it makes me squint a lot more than with a white background. Tell me what you guys think about it now, was it better before, are there things that should be changed? Todo!

SUP...

Today my brother, alex and me went paddle boarding on the Burj beach. It was my second time and Nick's (my brother) first time paddle boarding and it was really fun and a good workout for our arms at the same time! I cant wait for the waves to be good in Dubai so that I can go surfing :D

p.s. SUP stands for Stand or Surf Up Paddle!

Parco del Valentino

Unfortunately I still haven't been able to go to Madrid but the flights got sorted out and I''ll leave for madrid the 7th of May, its been so hectic lately with many many things to study with exams coming up and presentations to make for a school thats coming to visit soon, my subject is Italian fashion (yayyy) and I chose Gucci so I'll see if once its done I can manage to get my powerpoint up here! Today was a good day so I decided to go with my mom to Parco del Valentino. I'd only been there once before and never really got to see it well until today. Its such a nice and relaxing place, where a lot of families go to take a walk, play football, take some pictures...ect.  I wore a really basic look but comfortable for going to a park, I wrote my brand new red vans and my new scarf!

Women's Day

As I said on the previous post I wasn't able to post pictures yesterday so I am going to post them tonight. I do realize they would look better outside but the roads where I live are all like ancient and they are all small rocks in the ground (sorry I don't know how to call that) and I would fall all the time ahaha (like when i went to the dinner with chiara ferragni the floor there was all 'rocky' and I fell a couple times, okay a lot of times and It was quite embarrassing ahah) anyways I wore some pretty basic things: Louis vuitton speedy, a vintage chanel shirt, basic black intimissimi leggings and my favorite heels!
oh I was forgetting! Happy women's day :)

Talking about Louboutin's...

Since I made a post where I talk about a pair of Louboutins I thought it would be okay to mention this 'Louboutin Manicure'. Adele was on the red carpet (I don't know at which event she was at so I'm sorry if I'm wrong) and pictures were shot while she was waving and showing off her cool Louboutin manicure. The top of the manicure was silver and the bottom was red!!

I don't know if any of you have noticed my obsession with Christian Louboutin shoes!! I recently saw these on the internet and they immediately took my breath away! The shape, the thickness of the heel the color, everything! I just love them!! What do you guys think of them?? :)

Tattoo's

 Every once in a while I get the urge to get a tattoo but then I somehow end up talking myself out of it. Anyhow these pictures I put up are some of the tattoo's I really like, some of them I like the drawing or the phrase.  I think that if I would get one i would either get it on my rib cage, on the side or on the back of my neck( even if I think it really hurts there..). Black & White

This isn't really the outfit of the day, but I felt like doing something with contrasts today. In the white dress I portray the more angelic side of me and of people and in the dark dress I show the darker side. I love these two dresses but since they are very formal I don't have many occasions to show them to you guys :( Anyways now you can see them ahaha I hope you like them :)

I love shoes, and I'm constantly looking on the internet for new shoes. The other night on mytheresa I found these beautiful shoes I can't stop thinking about! They're Valentino, one of my absolute favorite brands. They are rose pink suede sandals with stiletto heel and platform side coated, T-strap belt with square gold colored studs, ankle strap with side buckle brown leather and pearl-colored leather sole. Aren't they amazing? I'm sure there are some of you who will like them and some which will love them, its a love or hate thing, I....LOVE THEM :)

                   

I also found these shoes at mytheresa! They are amazing, they're Gucci black in leather ankle boots, I just love them, simplicity always wins!

These are Rupert Sanderson, must I say anything else? They're just wonderful, I love these too.

These are shoes by Marni, I love these because they are classy even if they have a lot of detailed embellishments, I think these shoes are really great because they look good with almost everything! 

Venaria

Today after studying I decided to take a break and go visit Venaria with my parents since the weather was so good today it seemed like a shame to not go outside and enjoy it. Venaria is a cute little place, we were going to visit more but the que was infinite so we decided to take some pictures from the outside :)

Dubai, Atlantis

My second last day in Dubai was spent at Atlantis. Here are some of the pictures of me at Atlantis, there was a lot of people there and there was so much wind but the view was breathtaking! That day we decided to go to Altantis so that we could visit the Palm and look around. During the night we went for some shisha,were i managed to learn how to order one in arabic, min fadlik wahed a nab wa nana shisha shukran(excuse me can i have a grape mint shisha, thanks), I'm not sure if thats how its spelt but thats what it sounds like  :)

Dinner with Chiara Ferragni, The Blonde Salad

While visiting Dubai I got to meet the blogger from The Blonde Salad Chiara Ferragni! I met her and her boyfriend Riccardo. They were both really fun and interesting.  That night  I also met Kristina Bazan from Kayture, she was also really nice :).Unfortunately I don't have a photo with Kristina but these are the pictures I took with Chiara and my friend Giulia :) I did only meet them for that one night but they seem like wonderful people, and what I loved is that they were really down to earth :) I hope to meet her soon again :)
